FAQs Q. How quickly will I receive my order? A. We ship using USPS or UPS. Most orders are shipped in 2 to 4 business days. Q. Do you accept purchase orders? A. Yes, we gladly accept purchase orders. Purchase orders can be faxed OR mailed. Please do not send the same purchase order via more than one method—this will help prevent order duplication. We do not accept purchase order numbers over the phone (purchase orders must be faxed or mailed). Payment is due within 30 days after the receipt of the order. Q. Do you accept orders via fax? A. We only accept order forms via fax if they are accompanied by an official purchase order OR credit card information (including credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, and security code from the back of the card). We also require an email address so that we can email a credit card payment receipt. Our FAX number is 1-919-789-8256. Q. Will my email address be sold to any other businesses? A. No. Our e-mail list is confidential. We will not share or sell your e-mail address. All information collected on our site is kept strictly confidential. Q. Do you accept orders through the mail? A. Yes, we accept purchase orders as well as order forms that are prepaid with a check, money order, or credit card information (see above question regarding required credit card information). These are our current rates (subject to change). 10% of the order total for orders shipped in the continental U.S. 15% of the order total for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. 30% of the order total for all other International Orders. Q. Do you charge sales tax? A. We charge sales tax to North Carolina residents only (currently 6.75% as of July 1, 2011). Q. Do you accept payment in foreign currencies? A. We accept payment in U.S. dollars only. However, please see our Partnering Bookstores list to see if there is a bookstore in your geographic area. Q. What are your terms for resellers?
