Parent of an adult son with autism

Listen and Collaborate is a great tool.  It is very organized and family-friendly beginning with questions about lower level skills in a variety of areas then working up to questions about more complicated skills.  The summary part at the end will be a good way for the professionals to review the information to see what to include in the child's program.   The completed document will be a big help to parents trying to explain their children to new staff working with them.
